Hi everyone, enjoy my stories on our personal training experiences!
If you don’t think you need a personal trainer, you are crazy! I was one of those people.
But, with my wedding coming up next year, and already bought my dress at a size 2, I better stay in shape.
My personal trainer, Mark, is very sensitive to my needs but he also gives me encouragement to focus on our routine. I don’t think I would have started to workout if it wasn’t for him.
So, thank you Mark!
P.S. I also bought my fiancé some training too and he likes it so much, he’s buying himself some more! I could tell he needed a little push and he’d be really into it.

My future sister-in-law, I will call her X-tina, got a gym membership here at the Meridian Sports Clubs, Fullerton. She was amazed at the high quality workout machines we had here.
We set her up with a CPT with Drew, a young trainer, who trains everyone from athletes to the out-of-shape.
After one session with Drew, X-tina immediately bought a training package! I saw her yesterday training with Drew and they were not messing around!
It looked intense!
So, thanks Drew for whipping my sister into shape for her new life as a single-hot-mama!

Well, tonight is my first Group Pilates training class with the incredible Debra. She is the best Pilates instructor in the OC. Her rates are great for what she does for her clients. She also has private Pilates training, but the group is a little bit less expensive.
We use the Pilates machines and your body feels 3X stronger when you are done. It’s so amazing! I’m so excited to get back into training. I’ve been really bad lately and the wedding is 9 months away!
Oh man, gotta hit the gym badly.
After Pilates, my friend and co-worker, Lilliana is going to help bust my buttocks into shape. I want perky little buns that don’t sag anymore.

We have rooms, locker rooms, and a positive atomosphere you and your clients will enjoy. Air conditioning? Yes. Chairs and Tables? Yes. Food? Yes. Heat? Yes. Great parking? Yes. Members? Yes. Indoor, heated swimming pool? Yes. Family oriented? Yes. Utilities? Yes. You just pay your rent!
Not only indoor, but we also have an outdoor roof, running track that is great for Bootcamps, Running, and Dancing. Never been able to run your business full time because of the weather? Come indoors and use our club. These are just some of the little things you don’t have to worry about anymore.
We have so many members who attend the club that would great for your business. If you would like your clients to come to you in your own facility, please let me know. We have rooms, an indoor, heated swimming pool to rent out and areas great for quiet study time, fitness or business matters.
